2 Avcon at PGE 999 3rd St San Rafael in lot off side street (make a left
just past the PGE Bldg). Chargers are on side of a 2nd bldg to the right
as entering the lot.  The lot is only open from about 9am - 5pm.
Although not considered "public" a worker was very cooperative about
moving PGE trucks away from the charger so I could use it one time.
