Instructions for finding charger site and charger location on site:

I found a gold mine of chargers in Hayward!
At the Hayward Municipal Garage, I found three GEN II large
paddle chargers located on a wall just to the right of
the Mission Blvd. entrance on the first floor. The garage
is located on Mission between "B" and "C" street. There is also
an entrance from Watkins.  (Mission Blvd. is CA-238.)

From I880, take the A Steet exit. Go east toward downtown Hayward
until and make a right on Mission Blvd. Go one and one half blocks
and turn right into the parking garage. The chargers are immediately
to the right on the wall in front of the ramp going to the second
story.

There were three City of Hayward electric RAV-4's parked there
with one extra slot open. The chargers are located in between
spaces so three chargers cover four spaces.

Nearby shops, entertainment, restaurants:

This location is directly in downtown Hayward, two blocks from
the City Hall. There are lots of restaurants, bars and antique
shops close by.
