12/8/03: Charged RAV4 EV, tested OK. Avcon talking OK.

Comments:
1/5/2011: Charging stations have been removed. Pending reinstallation elsewhere in the area. Changed status to DOWN LOC.
1/4/2011: The Air District is moving, and these chargers are scheduled to be removed and installed elsewhere in Chico. Awaiting confirmation.
12/8/05: These two charging stations are controlled by an A/B switch. The switch has three positions: A, OFF, and B. The left charger (SPI) is A, and the right charger (Avcon) is B. You must select the proper charger before attempting to charge. Return the switch to the OFF (center) position before you leave.

12/8/05: There is now a NO PARKING - EXCEPT ELECTRIC VEHICLES sign, and the SPI charger does not have a long cord.
8/03: Since there are no EV parking signs it may be ICEd... no problem.. during business hours, go into the office and ask them to move a vehicle. During any other time, if it is ICEd, just double park... the paddle has a very long cord.

From Hwy 99E
Turn East on Skyway (Paradise turn off) About .7 mile to stoplight at Dominic Dr. Turn right. take either of the 1st 2 driveways on the left. The 1st drive goes in front of the building, the 2nd the rear. This is in the Skywest Plaza.
Go to Google Local for driving directions to/and from any location, and to find points of interest.

All within .5 mile.. Home Depot, Office Max, Pizza, McDonalds, Burger King, Lowes, many other stores and places to eat.
A pizza shop and an Italian Cottage restaurant are in this center, same address. Italian Cottage serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, recommended by Chuck Alldrin -- open 7 days 6am to 10pm.
