2/08: SPI charger out of order. E1 error on several differentt RAV4 EVs after 5-10 minutes of charging.
12/28/06: Publishing. This site has been in existence for at least two years, but never before published.

Comments:
Signed for Staff or Electric car parking only. If spot is ICEd, go into the library and ask that a car be moved. This should be no problem.

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
First two spots on the right-hand end of the spots to the right of the main entrance of the library. Nice and shady.
