12/28/06: One SPI charger removed. Was 3 SPI, now 2 SPI.
11/13/04: SPI charger repaired.
6/4/04: Gen2+, 2nd charger from left out of order again. E1 error after 5 mins on RAV4 EV. Called in to CFCI on 5/13, again 5/25/04.
4/03: Second charger from the left was inoperative, but has now been repaired.

Comments:
There is another site on the 8th floor of the same garage.
Pay parking, but free with City of Sacramento EV parking permit.
Parking hours 6am to 11pm.
Official address 1126-11th St.
