10/8/08: Visited site today. Verified that chargers are still not powered up. Cables on ICS-200B Avcon units still have nylon cable ties on them. Signage reads "Clean Air Vehicle" parking. Spots were occupied by three Priuses, one Ford Escape hybrid, and one Nissan Altima hybrid, all with private plates.
9/24/08: New location some time ago (over a year), but never powered on. Site is down.

There is another entrance on 5th St. (one way headed from R to Q Sts.) pm the lleft hand side just past R St. --between R and Q Sts.

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
Chargers are on basement level near elevators. Building is signed as CalPERS Plaza.
Proceed toward employee-only parking. Charging stations are in public parking area, right in front of the entrance to the elevator lobby, just before you get to employye-only parking area.
