Status:
6/4/04: Avcon unit is back up now. Problem resolved.
4/1/04: Avcon unit is down. Breaker trips. Possible underground wiring problem.

Comments:
SPI installed 10/27/03.
Slated for SPI by 10/31/03.
Although there are two AVC cables, this is a sequencing charge station, and only one AVC can be active under full load at one time. 40A circuit to the station.

North on S. Auburn St. 0.3 mi to end, then left on Grass Valley St., immediate left on Railroad Ave.
