Darell Dickey 11/2/2010: "All cables are cut from every charger on location - including the never-used handicap unit and the Avcon. They all have very official, very large 'Out of Service' signs taped to them."

Driving directions:
Exit HWY 80 at Leisure Town Road and head North on Vaca Valley Pkwy (Leisure Town becomes Vaca Valley to the North of HWY 80). At first traffic light, turn left into Kaiser parking lot (Quality Drive).

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
Turn right inside the parking lot at your first chance, and immediately left down the first parking isle. Chargers will be on your left as you near the hospital There are three spaces labeled "Electrical" And many more labeled "hybrid."
