4/28/04: SPI repaired, now OK.
2/7/04: Problem: TAL SPI charger charges RAV4 EV for about 30 minutes, then shuts off. Reported to CFCI for repair.

From I-80W, exit Davis St., bear left (N) onto Davis St., and proceed for 0.3 mi. to destination.
From I-80E, exit Davis St., then turn left (E) onto Bella Vista Rd., then turn left (NE) onto Davis St. and proceed 05. miles to destination.
