Status:
2/26/06: Avcon has power. Doesn't talk, but is OK per Ed Huestis.
12/7/05: Avcon has no power, damage to base's faceplate and missing paddle's faceplate, per Russell Levine.
11/05: SPI removed due to repeated vandalism, per Ed Huestis.
8/12/05: SPI down, vandalized, per Ed Huestis.
5/3/04: SPI charger now in service.
4/28/04: This LPI charger is due to be replaced with an SPI soon. In the meantime, it does work, but the display does not function properly.
The charger was replaced and it currently works. I used it 10/15/03. The display only lights up and you see no information, but the charger does work.
LPI inoperative per Ed Huestis 8/5/03.

From I-80 East, take the Merchant St./Alamo Drive exit and head Southeast on Alamo. From I-80 West, take the Merchant St./Alamo Drive exit and turn right on Merchant, then right on Alamo. After about 0.2 miles on Alamo, turn right on Marshall at the stop light, then left into the Community Center parking lot. Go past the building, and turn left into the parking lot. Go past the building, and turn left to the charger.
