5/7/04: SPI verified repaired and operational; LH AVC still down, but RH AVC OK.
5/5/04: repair of SPI (only) scheduled for today.
3/6/04: Ed Huestis reports SPI paddle handle is cracked, with pieces missing. Power to SPI is off. One AVC has a red-light error. Reported to SMUD/CFCI for repair.

EB U.S. 50, take Broadway exit, right at end of ramp, right again on Mosquito Road to Clay St., left on Clay St.; WB U.S. 50, take Mosquito Road exit, then left on Clay St.
