9/7/08: Replacement SPI charger has failed. Darell D. says: "I've tried three separate times, and 15-20 tries each visit. I can't get it
to charge no matter what I do."

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
The lot can also be entered from E St., between 2nd and 3rd Sts.
If entering from E, make a U-turn inside the lot, just before you reach the F St.
sidewalk, and you will be right at the charging station.
