EV parking is free, 24 hour access, and parking overnight is allowed (no tow away).
Free EV parking requires CA HOV (diamond lane) Clean Air Vehicle stickers.
I highly recommend this EV parking site, especially over the Convention Center's parking. Those two parking lots are run by different companies. This EV parking is clean, safe, and patrolled (every .5 hour a truck goes by and they do check).

EV parking striaght at the top of the ramp (level 2) -7 EV parking sites, 6 chargers.

Things to do:
Downtown San Jose. Around the corner, Santa Clara & 4th, resturants; SJSU; convention center/market is 6 blocks away.
