8/30/03: Old problem, resovled long ago.
12/1/2002:
The "left" charger tripped the breaker after perhaps 10 minutes of charging. When I got back to the car an hour later it was unpowered. Moved to the other charger
and got some charge. Asked the tire service folks to reset the breaker and the "left" charger seemed to power up again but I didn't have the time to test it under load.
Left a message with CFCI about the charger.
