Comments:
Call ahead to make arrangements. Site is not open to the public. Charging is provided only for customers of Dublin Toyota. I was told this after I arrived, having called ahead and received permission.
Since I was interested in test-driving a Prius, they let it slide. However, I was told quite specifically that they do not make the charger generally available. They also had to move a dead RAV4-EV from the charger location, which took about 15 minutes.

[Of course, Dublin Toyota customers are normally not the ones who need charging in Dublin. Toyota customers from other areas are much more likely to be in need of charging. -- Ed.]
