5/18/08: Closed until at least late 2008 due to construction. See comment on IWT page -- Coul=d be down until early 2009. Ed Thorpe .
7/25/07: SPI has no power. See IWT report.
2/5/05: Ed Thorpe reports all OK now.
1/25/05, second report: -- see I Was There report, link below. Electrician reports that SPI and Avcon were working properly when he left. Avcon had an error when he arrived, however. There may be a loose grounding conductor or neutral conductior connection at the building service entrance panel, which could cause problem to recur. Site electrician will need to check that
. 1/25/05: LPI replaced with SPI. Checking on status of Avcon.
4/28/04: Avcon now working fine, but inductive has no power, per Ed Thorpe. See IWT reports.
6/4/03: Avcon red-light error since 3/25, per Ed Thorpe. Pending repair.
2002-2-14: Bay Area Air Quality Management District, verified by Michael Schwabe.

1/25/05: LPI charger replaced with SPI, as part of CARB/SMUD redeployment project.
