10/6/09: City of Palo Alto reports that Avcon was ripped off the wall and destroyed.
12/12/05: Michael Mora reports Avcon replaced. Needs to be tested by Avcon-equipped EV.
11/29/05: Will Beckett reports: " Palo Alto City Hall, level A, Avcon charging station -- the paddle needs to be replaced. The contacts are bad (fried) and the box won't turn on. "
