While there are many chargers in the parking lot behind the Outreach Center and also in the lot behind City Hall across Third Street, most of these chargers are reserved for city vehicles. Two chargers at different locations in this lot -- one Small Paddle Inductive (91502_2) and one Avcon Conductive (91502_3) -- are designated for public use. -- GD 9/19/02

The chargers are in a large public parking lot behind the City Hall Annex building, which is on the corner of Olive and Third Streets. Entrance to the parking lot is from Olive Street, Third Street, or Orange Grove Avenue.

Entering the lot from Orange Grove Avenue, the charger (marked "Ford") will be on your left at the end of the Burbank Outreach Center building. A city truck normally parks there, but you may call to ask that it be moved so that you can charge.
