The entrance to the chargers for the Holly Street garage is actually from Union. If you exit at Fair Oaks, go south to Holly, east (past the public entrance to the garage) to Marengo, south to Union (a one-way street), and east to the south end of the garage.
If you exit on Lake, go south to Union and east to the south end of the garage (in the block after Marengo). If you get to Arroyo Parkway, make a right and go around the block. - CY 4/17/02

How to find the charging station location once you have found the site:
There are 3 spaces inside without going through a gate. One usually has a Pasadena city vehicle in it. The other two are EV charging spaces. There are parking meters on each space. - CY 4/17/02
