Charger is inside parking structure on SE corner of Seaside Way and Hart Place, on the middle floor.
If the Hart Place entrance is open, chargers are just to the left of the entrance.
Otherwise, enter parking lot from Shoreline Drive and drive to parking structure on NW corner of lot.
