Enter the City of Carson complex via Civic Center Drive, North from Carson St., just East of
Avalon Blvd.
There are 2 main buildings -- the building on the left is City Hall, the building on the right is
the Community Center. The charger is at the West end of the Community Center. Once on
Civic Center Drive, go under the pedestrian overpass (bridge), and turn right into the first
parking lot, and immediately bear to the right and follow the row of cars along the curb to
the charger in the last parking space.
The charger is accessible from only one parking space (the adjacent space is a car pool
space and is usually occupied). The charger will probably be connected to the City's EV1,
and you will have to walk over to City Hall to the Engineering Counter and ask them to
