Status:
The AVCON charger thas an 'ear' missing, requiring you to slip in a piece of cardboard or plastic under the charger as you engage, to keep the prong on the vehicle's AVCON receptacle depressed.

Comments:
If you have time, leave a comment note inside at the city hall lobby desk to thank them for continuing to maintain the chargers, so that Public Works realizes that people do actually use them!
