SPI is DOWN. Yellow caution tape surrounds it. Charger pedestal is loose. Paddle severely broken. Looks like it was hit by a vehicle.
This charger actually works. It might be dangerous, though, because the wiring is exposed. I inserted it into the charge port and it started right up.
From I-405 N: exit National and turn left, turn left on Bundy, turn right on Airport Dr, turn right on Donald Douglas Loop. Look for chargers on the left.
From I-405 S: exit I-10 toward Santa Monica, exit Bundy Dr. South, turn right on Airport Dr, turn right on Donald Douglas Loop. Look for chargers on the left.

Things to do:
Typhoon restaurant is a well know Asian restaurant, but a little pricey. The Spitfire Grill on Airport Dr, has great breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices.
