In the middle of the huge parking lot, about on a line connecting the front doors of Office Max and Home Depot, and on a line extending from the north edge of the Office Max building.

Note that there is a mystery parking place with an EV only sign near a large, locked cabinet. Don't be confused, look around for the charger in front of Office Max.
