Enter Citadel Dr. off Telegraph ( between Atlantic & Washington ).
This is the main entrance. To the right is the Windham Hotel, to the left is
the Citadal complex. A few hundred feet up the road is an "EV Charging
Station" sign pointing to the left. Turn left at the sign, go maybe a
hundred feet and you will see the charging stations on the left.
