There are two spots reserved for one charger. Parking here is generally at a premium so often at least one spot is ICEd.
Sometimes the parking spots are taken up by the car dealership that stores their cars on this level at night after they close.

Driving directions:
Easiest to enter on De Longpre Ave entrance and take ramp to second floor as Ivar entrance takes you to the third floor if you are not very careful.
Go to Google Local for driving directions to/and from any location, and to find points of interest.

Chargers are on second floor of parking garage on Southeast corner.
