My outdoor wall-mounted TAL charger is plugged into the 14-50 receptacle, providing SPI charging as well as LPI charging with the plastic paddle adapter, which I have. For conductive charging, it is a quick and easy matter to simply unplug the TAL from the 14-50 receptacle and plug in any EV's onboard conductive charger such as a PFC-xx or Brusa, for example, with the appropriate electrical cable, which must be provided by the EVer wishing to charge.

The house is in the Oakmont neighborhood off of Old Germantown Road, about a mile and a half west of I-95 from the Linton Avenue exit, which is almost exactly halfway between Ft. Lauderdale and W. Palm Beach.

Things to do:
Any EVer is welcome to bring his or her swimsuit and towel and use my pool in the backyard while his or her EV is charging. One can also check out my tropical bird aviary and enjoy the tropical garden. There is a large shaded patio table where one can sit and read (next to the aviary) underneath the canopy of the tropical foliage.

Any EVer who wishes to charge after-hours (8pm-8am) should call or email ahead of time so that I can give him my gate access code (the gate is always open between 8am and 8pm) and arrange for the charging location in the driveway to be free. (The neighborhood itself is not gated; only my property is gated.)
