about the chargers.  After a lengthy wait they said the chargers were not for public use.  The parking lot is open but there is a sign that says parking sticker rBequired.  There are 3 spi chargers in two locations in the front lot, only 2 worked.  Also 3 conductive chargers in the front.

There is another location nearby that is better located and has several
signs leading to the chargers at 14575 pipeline Rd. in Chino hills. Two
spi with only one working and 2 conductive.

Any EVer who wishes to charge after-hours (8pm-8am) should call or email ahead of time so that I can give him my gate access code (the gate is always open between 8am and 8pm) and arrange for the charging location in the driveway to be free.  (The neighborhood itself is not gated; only my property is gated.)

    It is defective. It has failed in a way I haven't seen before. As soon as power is applied, with the paddle stowed (or not), the entire display starts to flash erratically, and the fan comes on. The display continues the erratic flashing, with the fan on, and never goes to the 0.0 ready to charge display. The CCID test button does not disconnect power, except momentarily while held in. The charger will not charge a RAV4 EV (or any other car). BThis is charger C27.
